Supportive housing
Mana works with community housing partners to help clients access supportive housing. We refer; our partners make their own placement decisions.
What Mana actually does here.
Mana works with community housing partners to help clients access supportive housing. We can typically help a client find an available option, and housing is available to both men and women. Length of stay is individualized.
Being clear about the boundary matters more than sounding reassuring. Our housing partners are separate organizations. They set their own eligibility, their own rules, their own staffing, and they make their own placement decisions. Mana refers — and then stays involved in a client’s care while they are there, so that housing and treatment are not two unrelated things happening to the same person.
Why it matters is simple enough. Treatment is very difficult to sustain without somewhere stable to sleep. Where someone lives shapes whether they can keep appointments, hold a job, and stay out of the situations that made things hard in the first place.

What we do not claim
We do not own or operate housing, we do not make the placement decision, and we do not guarantee placement or any particular outcome. These are not Mana homes — because they are not ours.
In a crisis
This is not emergency accommodation. If you have nowhere to sleep tonight or you are in danger, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, staffed at any hour.
Asking about it
How to find out what is possible.
Call and say so
Tell us housing is part of what you need. It is a normal thing to ask about and it changes what we suggest.
We look for an option
What our partners have available changes. We can typically help you find an option, and we will tell you the current position rather than a general answer.
The partner decides
Mana refers. The housing partner reviews the referral and makes its own decision on its own terms.

No. The placement decision belongs to the housing partner, not to Mana. What we can usually do is help you find an available option — call for the current position.
Both. What is available at any given time varies, so call and ask.
Length of stay is individualized, and it is set by the housing partner rather than by Mana.
The housing partner does. They are a separate organization with their own eligibility, rules and staffing, and any questions about those belong with them — we can tell you who to ask.
