Talk to us

Call and ask a question.

You do not need a diagnosis, a referral, or a decision made. A phone call to find out how this works is a normal way to start.

Finding us

This is the building.

4550 N Black Canyon Hwy. Look for the green wall — the Mana Health and Wellness sign is above the door, and the 4550 placard is further along the parapet to the right. Parking is in the covered row in front, and accessible parking is marked there.

The entrance is the recessed doorway under the Mana sign.

Insurance and payment

Care at Mana is billed through insurance where we can, and there is a private-pay route where we cannot. What your own plan covers still depends on your benefits, so call and we will check what applies to you before you commit to anything.

AHCCCS

We accept AHCCCS, including the American Indian Health Program (AIHP) and Banner University Family Care.

Commercial insurance

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Curative and Cigna.

Paying privately

Private pay is accepted, and a sliding scale is available. Asking about it is a normal question and it does not change how you are treated here.

Plans accepted

  • AHCCCS — American Indian Health Program (AIHP)
  • AHCCCS — Banner University Family Care
  • Aetna
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Curative
  • Cigna
  • Private pay, with a sliding scale available

Not sure about yours?

Contact us to confirm your specific plan is covered. If it is not on this list, call anyway — we will tell you plainly whether there is a route for you rather than leaving you to guess.

For referring providers

If you are a case manager, discharge planner, probation officer or clinician looking to refer someone, call Greg Thompson on the referral line. A short conversation about fit is more useful than a fax that sits unanswered.

Mana provides outpatient behavioral health only — no detox, no inpatient treatment, no partial hospitalization, no 24-hour clinical care. We will tell you quickly if someone needs a level of care we do not provide.
